thank you for a comfortable stay. the venue is clean, the staff is friendly and very welcoming. the hotel has perfect location to the nearest taxi stand. the units were spotlessly clean on the higher floors.

The room was fantastic! It had everything we needed, from a private bathroom with a shower to a flat-screen TV and air conditioning. It even had a balcony with a wonderful view. We felt so comfortable and relaxed during our stay.

Personally, I found the soundproofing in the room to be a bit lacking. But hey, that's just my opinion, and others might not mind it at all.

Fairly clean place and particularly good location, really enjoyed helpful staff. The atmosphere created was quiet! The rooms were immaculately clean and well-equipped as for me, on the higher floors. Staying here for summer holidays was quite comfortable, totally recommendable.

I recently stayed at Taksim Story Residence for a short trip and was pleasantly surprised by the positive experience. The hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions and the metro. The staff went above and beyond to provide assistance, without any ulterior motives. The room was well-equipped and clean, with good lighting and all necessary amenities. The nearby street offered a variety of affordable and delicious dining options, allowing us to experience local prices. the hotel provided a comfortable and convenient stay.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Cuneyt and Soraya, who were always there to answer any questions and assist with anything I needed. The location was perfect - just a short walk downhill from Taksim Square and close to the metro and buses. Plus, the hotel had an elevator, which was a huge help for me with my knee problems. The complimentary WiFi was reliable, and the beds were super comfortable. I also appreciated the thoughtful little present from the hotel.
